The Secretariat is the administrative and executive body of the Hong Kong Culture and Education Union, responsible for handling the Union’s daily administrative affairs and implementing the decisions of the Board of Directors. Led by the Secretary-General, the Secretariat oversees document management, meeting records, information communication, and routine administrative operations.
