Hong Kong Culture and Education Union (HKCEU) is rooted in Hong Kong, supported by the nation, and connected to the world. The Union is dedicated to fostering deep integration and innovative development in the fields of culture and education. Guided by UNESCO’s principle of “building peace in the minds of men and women,” HKCEU actively aligns with the strategic direction of the Hong Kong SAR Government and strives to build a high-level platform for collaboration among educational experts, cultural scholars, and professionals from various sectors.

With its core mission of bridging cultures, inspiring education, and serving society, the Union promotes cultural diversity, advances high-quality education, supports youth development, and strengthens cooperation among Hong Kong, Mainland China, and the international community. Through international academic forums, cultural and artistic programmes, policy seminars, youth exchange initiatives, and cultural innovation projects, HKCEU facilitates the sharing of knowledge and the exchange of ideas, contributing to both cultural preservation and educational innovation.

As Hong Kong takes part in the development of the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area and advances its role as a hub for international cultural and artistic exchange, the Union serves as a bridge that drives regional synergy, supports educational reform, cultural conservation, and artistic innovation. Moving forward, HKCEU will continue to expand its global network, deepen cross-sector collaboration, and contribute to building an open, inclusive, and sustainable cultural and educational ecosystem—enhancing Hong Kong’s international presence and supporting the nation’s overall development.
